Pilates for Moms in Orange County

The first time I did Pilates was while I was in high school. I had found a DVD and loved a good workout, so I popped in that DVD and worked my hardest to make it through the entire course. It was tough, I was drenched in sweat, and so sore I could hardly walk the next day!

That was way back when, when Pilates didn’t even use machines.

Fast forward to this past weekend in 2016, I was invited to join a few blogger friends at SeaFit Pilates for a Pilates work out that incorporated machines. I had no idea what I was in for.

Pilates with machines was MUCH easier than Pilates without machines, it so much fun, and I wasn’t drenched in sweat. The next day I was a little sore, you know… the good kind of sore that you feel the next day after working out muscles you had forgotten that you had.

I highly recommend trying Pilates if you haven’t already. If you’re anything like me, you’ll love it!
