Egg free recipes can be really hard to find, especially egg free and gluten free. Not to mention, egg free and gluten free desserts. Well, I’m here to share one of my favorite snack/dessert options with you guys that is both egg free and gluten free. It’s Egg Free Gluten Free Banana Bread.
We have been learning new recipes by experimenting with current recipes and altering them which has produced an abundant amount of Kincannon Family favorites.
Below is the recipe we use for when we crave egg free gluten free banana bread.
Tryout this delicious Egg Free Gluten Free Banana Bread below!
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Table Spoons Flaxseed Meal
- 5 Table Spoons of water
- 3 brown/slightly brown bananas, mashed
- 1-3/4 cups Gluten Free Baking Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup walnuts or chocolate chips ( optional )
Beat together butter, sugar or honey, water, Flaxseed Meal and banana. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour into a large greased loaf or round pan.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes for a round pan and 60 minutes for a loaf pan, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Don’t have a loaf pan? Feel free to use a round pan, or you can order a loaf pan, here.
